How do refunds work?

If a customer changed their mind or something went wrong with the transaction, a refund can be easily done.  


1. Go to the menu (3 bars) at the top left and click on transaction history  


2. Click on the transaction to be refunded and click the "Refund" button.  


3. The customer can hold their card/phone against your phone and the refund is complete. A receipt can be sent via email.
